Data Correction/Update Request

Effective Date: 17 April 2026

We take privacy and data accuracy seriously.

As a journalistic platform, our records serve as a factual archive of public court proceedings. Generally, we do not remove accurate records of public interest. However, we will review your request under our Ethical Guidelines (Section 6a) if any of the following apply:

1. Inaccuracy: The data published is factually incorrect.

2. Needs updating.  Provide a copy of any orders created which update the case.  

3. Legal Order: There is a specific, active suppression or non-publication order (please provide a copy).

4. Sensitive Safety Concern: The publication poses a documented risk to personal safety.

If you believe your situation meets these criteria, please provide the supporting documentation so our editorial team can conduct a formal review.
